Tracking

Verifying
the documents being used is essential. Stat Process uses a system for checking
all material received for study wich at a minimum sets a document's identity and date.
Double Key
:
Every
dossier is keyed by two different technicians. A data manager (third person)
is involved along the way to spot any differences between the two inputs and
reconcile any problems. This is a continuous operation throughout the process.
We do not limit the number of people working on any given operation, so we can be
flexible in meeting all your requirements.
Interactive
Key :
The interactive
key differs from the double key process by the fact that the verification between
the two records is done on an ongoing basis. A pop-up windows appears
during the second key process when a discrepancy exists with the first keyed record.
The technician in charge of the double key makes the correction.
Massive Data
entry :
You
may need a data entry with lighter quality for a certain quantity (numerous or not)
of forms. Stat Process with study with you wich solutions will fit you the best.
